-For clients in continuing programs, you may request a pause or extension in the event of serious circumstances (such as a family emergency).
-If you choose to withdraw early from a program, our refund policy will apply.
We simply ask for communication in advance so we can best support you and offer openings to others waiting for care.
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to discontinue your program. Our goal is to be fair and transparent while also respecting the costs incurred on your behalf.
-Clients Who Paid in Full: If you choose to end your program early, you may receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of services, minus the costs of any functional lab tests or assessments that were ordered on your behalf at the time of cancellation. -Clients on a Payment Plan: If you are paying through an installment plan and choose to discontinue, your payment plan will be cancelled. No further payments will be due, but no additional services will be provided beyond the date of cancellation. -Non-Refundable Services: Any sessions already completed, labs ordered, or materials provided are considered non-refundable. By enrolling in a program with Wholistic Synergy, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this refund structure.
